Elyse Green

Holistic Counselling + Psychotherapy

Hello, my name’s Elyse and I work with people to assist in the engagement and integration of both their inner and outer worlds. Exploring emotions, thoughts, behavioural patterns, and intuition to better understand and navigate life.

You could be going along with your usual day to day rhythm but feeling something is missing or have a keen growth mindset and want to deepen your personal development. Not only can we traverse crises, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depressive symptoms, challenges with transitions and identity, developmental and post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, substance or process addiction, we can also work towards you leading a thriving life. A sense of belonging, purpose, and passion that comes with self-awareness and embodying authenticity.

I am a certified member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). My approach is primarily person-centred, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed, with a truly holistic frame of view. Which essentially means that you can expect a deeply compassionate, attuned, and multidimension experience. While I have training and experience in many therapeutic techniques, I believe there is no one single approach for all, adopting a fluid and responsive, yet sound method to what is alive and present in the moment.

Just as the physical body grows from going to the gym, or the intellect broadens when engaging with an educational program, so to can your emotional, and deeper sense of self and life be enriched with conscious inner work. Exploring and integrating the many aspects of life into a more coherent and empowered way of being.

If you’d like to discuss this further and see if this is a good therapeutic match for you, please do contact me or book a financial and obligation free 15 minute chat.

WHAT ARE BLESSING CEREMONIES?

We acknowledge that we are on the land of the Guringai people, the traditional owners of this land that we live and work on.

We pay our respects to the elders past and present and show deep respect of the continuing connection to land, water, and community.
